Purpose

Gives the ability to pump any type of fluid desired, typically used to pump oil into wellbore directly below the stuffing box to lubricate the seals within.

Description

The BT Fluid Chamber incorporates a ported gland internally and a reservoir that lubricant, methanol, or any desired fluid may be pumped into to reduce icing, or line chatter, the liquid is installed via a .5” NPT port, which is connected to a hose and pump.

Precautions

Ensure threads are not worn or damaged, it is recommended that a check valve be installed in any hose or line that may contain wellbore pressure.
