Purpose

The BT Halliburton style “CR” Profile Nipple is a selective type nipple that may be placed anywhere in the tubing string. The BT “CR” is a selective type profile nipple which means it be ran in conjunction with other “CR” nipples of the same size, as the plugging equipment can pass through one and be set inanother.

The BT “CR” Profile Nipple typically comes with EUE box x pin thread connections, but is not limited to this, special or premium connections are available upon request as well as a wide range of materials for adverse well conditions.

The BT “CR” Profile Nipple is typically used in situations where pressure may exceed the limits of the “X” line equipment, or in conditions where size restriction require specific profile diameters.
