Purpose

To retrieve subsurface tools, used typically during fishing operations.

Operation

Select proper size of fingered overshot and attach to the tools string, lower into wellbore. Once desired fish has been located, jar down to latch fishneck and begin jarring operations.

Precautions

The BT Fingered Overshot does not contain a shearing mechanism, if the ability to shear is desired, a pulling tool may be run above the Fingered Overshot, or the BT Collet Pulling Tool may be used.
