To retrieve solid wellbore samples.

Description

BT Tubing Sampler are made up of 4 components:

1. Fishneck2. Mandrel3. Gauge Ring4. Junk Basket

Operation

Install the Tubing Sampler with the desired size of gauge ring to the tolstring and hoist into the lubricator. Lower into wellbore as one would normally run a gauge ring, debris that is removed from the tubing wall with the gauge ring will be trapped in the Junk Basket.

Precautions

Sand, paraffin, or damaged tubing may cause gauge ring to become stuck or wedged, care should be taken if adverse conditions are expected.
