Purpose

Used to orientate the desired tool into desired position.

Operation

Attach to the toolstring and lower into the wellbore to desired depth. Tool is functioned by picking up and setting back down repeatedly until desired effect is achieved.

Each time toolstring is picked up and set down the BT Indexing swivel will rotate 30°. This is useful when trying to retrieve debris that has fallen beside downhole equipment during fishing operations.
