10K Air Driven Grease Injector

10K Air Driven Grease Injector

Description

An external air source is required to run the air intensifier pumps of the grease injector system. The air source couples to the air intake port where air is filtered and regulated. The skid’s dual pump configuration provides an auxiliary method of ensuring grease delivery.

The 10K Air Driven Grease Injector supplies a consistent flow of viscous oil or grease to seal a grease control head to ensure no void exists between the outer diameter of a wireline and the inner diameter of the grease flow tubes within a grease control head. This is a very effective method of containing gases and fluids within the pressure controls stack.

Two air intensifier pumps power the 10K Air Driven Grease Injector system. These two pumps can supply grease to up to three grease supply lines. Each grease supply line is spooled on to a grease reel. In addition to the three GREASE SUPPLY reels, there is also a singe GREASE RETURN reel. The GREASE RETURN reel feeds into a 261 L (69 US gal) GREASE RETURN tank. The air intensifier pumps require anexternal air supply, or air supplies, to power them.

All components for the grease injection system are contained within the a steel frame. This frame protects the skid from damage during storage and transport. A containment floor pan protects the work site against fluid spills or leaks from skid elements. A four-point lifting system and twin forklift pockets make it easy to transport the skid.

A stainless steel control panel contains controls and gauges required to operate the grease injection systems. The Grease Control Manifold allows you to use the air intensifier pumps to direct grease flow from the GREASE TANKS to the GREASE SUPPLY reels.
