To remove unwanted debris from well bore.

Description

The hydrostatic bailer consists of 10 components:

1. Fishneck2. Upper Barrel Sub3. Equalizing Dart4. Barrel5. Lower Barrel Sub6. Piston Plug7. Plunger8. Plunger Housing9. Ball Trap10. Shoe

Operation

Attach the BT Hydro Static bailer to the tool string and lower into the wellbore to the desired depth. Jar down on debris or obstruction to shear the shear pin and fire the bailer, remove from wellbore and inspect contents.

Precautions

Running a Jar up pulling tool above the bailer may prevent the toolstring from becoming stuck in the wellbore if the bailer becomes lodged in debris downhole.
